This service has been very useful for students in college. The ability to plan schedules out before the semester, see in-depth ratings of professors and courses, and the vast amount of GOOD quality notes — all available at the great price of FREE — has helped vast amounts of students to excel in classes that without the service, would have been left in the dark.
Koofers launched nationwide at the beginning of the fall semester this year — in that time, their Facebook fan page is EXPLODING to unbelievable numbers, and users are using this page as a wiki and support board for problems found on-site. With the growth of Koofers in such a short time, one would suspect customer service would be lacking, or in the process of catching up. In fact, from the look of response times on the Facebook page, support requests seem to be met as fast as they are posted!
All in all, compared to other sites — myedu.com, ratemyprofessor.com, etc. — Koofers has an advantage in cost and quality. No cost and very high quality.

Wanna Internship At NERD?
NERD Beverage Corporation has officially started our internship program. Naturally we’re looking for highly motivated individuals that are currently attending college. Basically what you would do is help create brand awareness at your school. You must be able to dedicate 10 hours a week to the internship program. Although this is an unpaid internship, there are monthly giveaways and scholarship opportunities throughout your internship.

What’s the deal, HEB?!
So, the other day, my husband and I went grocery shopping at the HEB on Dezavala [even though Wurzbach is way closer, but they don't carry NERD] so that we could get a 4-pack of NERD on our trip. I went to the aisle to get our 4-pack and what did I find?
There wasn’t any within reach. All of the NERD was on the top shelf on either side of the energy drinks. To make it worse, on the right side, it was hidden behind several big jugs of the Arizona tea. I had to get my 6′10″ husband to get a pack of NERD for me because there was no way that I could reach it. Problem solved for me, but not everyone has a Chris in their life to get things off the top shelf for them. It irritated me because with the NERD being placed like this, sales will be hurt. I can’t have that, because I want to keep NERD around as long as possible.
I went back 2 days later with some girlfriends, and I wanted to show them what I just described to you. It was still the same, but this time I took pictures.
As you can see, this is a typical energy beverage section of the aisle. Is there any NERD to be found?!
No, there isn’t.
But where could it be? Please don’t tell me that things got mixed up again, and there isn’t any! [Happened before back in August at this same HEB].
Oh wait, I think I found it!
There it is! Out of reach of any normal sized human being.
But WAIT!
I think I found some more!
Also out of reach, but thankfully, the tea has been moved out of the way of blocking it.
What can we do about this? It’s kind of pisses me off that a product that I love is out of reach. If something like this happens again, I’m not sure I will want to even return to this HEB anymore. They keep messing around with my product, and that’s not cool.

A question for the masses…
Just a question to see where everyone stands on the NERD product. This by no means NERD will be launching nationwide soon, but in our efforts to expand a day at a time, we would love to see how our customers stand on our product!

An intro of sorts.
Just wanted to let it be known I’ll be contributing to this blog as well. My Name is Chris and as you can see I am a little bit taller than average. I have been drinking NERD since it came out I want to say, have to check with my fellow blogger Kibbs (Cody) to double check the time. Anyway I will try and update on Tuesdays and Thursdays with pictures, videos and other random ideas I have had while drinking NERD to help me get my creative juices flowing.

Ok so I know all our NERDlings have been complaining about the price of NERD online. So I talked to Vin, NERD’s CEO, and he said that if we get 100 NERDlings to post on our facebook wall “Vin, we want $10.00 for online purchases of NERD” then we can do another $10.00 off promotion for online orders. So I suggest getting to our facebook page and posting that phrase pronto. You’ll thank me later.

meet alison!
Hi guys (and girls) – figured I should give a little intro about myself too.. I’m Alison, originally from Panama City, FL but living in Hampton Roads in VA for the majority of my life. I’m a recent graduate from Radford University with a BS in Communications. I have a serious addiction to Harry Potter, chai tea lattes, jellyfish, and all things music related. So I’ve been hanging around this NERDling Kristin for quite some time. When she offered me an internship in the Internet Media Department, I jumped at the chance! I’ve always heard such amazing stories behind this company and – being a complete energy beverage addict myself – decided I should definitely join and help promote the future of focus and energy drinks!
So my journey with NERD has been the complete opposite compared to my past experiences – and that’s a good thing! Working with a group of dedicated and determined people has to be one of the most refreshing feelings in this day and age. I’ve never cared for low-key jobs with little to offer and NERD Beverage Corporation has probably never even heard of those words. With a diligent workforce, the employees here are always looking to give back to their community and their customers – both current and potential.
Although I’m relatively new here, I can tell that this experience is going to be a great one and I’m totally looking forward to working hard with this team to get NERD out there! So grab a NERD and spread the word

Energy Beverages > Energy Drinks
Or at least that is what we are trying to achieve. With the recent influx of energy drinks on the market that really more harmful than beneficial for you, we here at NERD are hoping to re-categorize and revamp how people view energy supplements. NERD is hoping to create the energy beverage category.
Our primary goals at NERD are simple to see – we want to promote a product that students and people alike can use to help better their memory, help them stay focused, and also maintain a positive energy level throughout the day. With our unique memory and focus blend — consisting of DMAE and Vincepotine, we believe our attempts at doing so are succeeding.
We also are hoping to give back to the scholastic community by offering scholarships to lucky students who drink NERD and know just how well it can help them approve their studying, focus and energy.
With all that said, energy beverages are going to be greater than energy drinks. You doubt us?
